Kepler Challenge

This year’s 39th annual 60km Mountain Run, described as the "jewel in NZ's mountain running calendar" and its sister event the 27km Luxmore Grunt mountain grind will be held on Saturday 5 December 2026.

On-line entries for the 2025 FreshChoice Kepler Challenge and Luxmore Grunt open at 6.30am (NZ time) on Saturday 4 July 2026.
In previous years entries to the Kepler Challenge have filled within four minutes, so be quick!
